POSITION : Business Control Specialist
FULLTIME / PARTTIME : Full time
Assignment : 12 / 22 / 2025 - 12 / 21 / 2026
LOCATION : Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid role, 3days onsite 2 from home)
SCHEDULE : 8am-5pm, 8-hour workday M-F
PAY RANGE : $30.68 an hour paid weekly.

About the Department :
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support litigation document review for state-level attorney firms in the credit card collection space. This team ensures that legal documents, templates, and compliance materials align with federal and state laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of debt collection laws, consumer protection regulations, and credit industry standards. Paralegal certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Review credit card collection-related legal documents, letters, agreements, and templates to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including FDCPA and FCRA.
Ensure all templates and communications are legally sound, consistent, and compliant with internal policies.
Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or inconsistencies in legal language or procedures.
Collaborate with managers, peers, and legal partners to address and resolve document-related concerns.
Required Skills :
Experience in credit card collections.
Preferred Skills :
Legal collections experience.
Auditing or control experience.
Paralegal background or certification.
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to review and interpret complex legal documents.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with compliance standards in the credit industry.
