Software Development Manager
Position Overview :
Our client, a manufacturing firm in Nashville, is seeking an experienced IT Manager of Development to lead our small but talented development team specializing in custom applications, integrations with other company systems and mobile app development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of both hands-on development and team management.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.
NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Proven experience managing and leading development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work onsite at our Nashville, TN office during regular office hours.
