Senior Technical Trainer, Table Systems

Position Summary

The Senior Technical Trainer for table systems conducts technical training courses for customers and / or employees in the use of complex situations for electronic table systems and proprietary table game products.

Interacts with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for the content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, or software documentation.

Works with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.

Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine the applicability of course material.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer.
• Work with SME's and identify training needs.
• Responsible for providing product feedback.
• Act as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
• Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions for both internal and external clients.
• Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives.
• Ability to actively teach and support all training programs within the product lines via the above-mentioned delivery techniques, with minimal supervision.
• Remains informed of new products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
• Experience with running queries in SQL.
• Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
• Valid gaming card and / or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.
