Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team at our luxury association, Travis Ranch , located in Dallas, Texas.
Job Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents by conducting regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of the association's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations. This role plays a key part in upholding the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm with at least 1 shift from 11am-7pm. Some weekend and evening coverage as needed.
Compensation : $23-$25.00 per hour + monthly auto stipend.
