Job description
A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, remote, video-based clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-demand Acute Care and scheduled Primary Care
Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of post-residency work experience
State licenses in WI, MN, IA
Board-Certified Family Physician
Primary care and behavioral health experience
Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR
