About the Role : We seek a Professional Liability Associate to join our San Francisco Team.

Responsibilities :

Must be able to actively assist in managing cases / clients with all phases of litigation including trial.

Client contact, including proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation. Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions depositions, and mediations.

Requirements :

J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.

1+ years of work experience in civil / general litigation.

Professional Liability experience is preferred but not required.

Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases. Trial experience is a huge plus!

Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities.

Company Offers :

• Salary range $125,000 - $170,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
