As a Guest Service Representative and Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include :
Guest Services Duties :
Checking in and out hotel guests
Answering phones
Taking phone and online reservations for dining, lodging and public cruises
Responding to email inquiries for dining, lodging and public cruises
reconciling Expedia, Hotels.com and other 3rd party reservations on the 1st of the month
Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
Helping with breakfast service. Serving breakfast and clearing plates
Marketing Tasks :
Creating email campaigns through Constant Contact for our upcoming events
Posting events on Facebook and Instagram
Creating flyers for in-house promotions and social media through Canva
Cold Calling prospective clients and sending out promotional materials
Helping event coordinator with wedding fairs and community expos and events
Work schedule
