Position Overview :

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations / Sr. Project Manager to lead our field teams and transform our landscape operations.

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Build a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating our landscape crews.
• Field Operations Management : Be the driving force in the field overseeing project execution, ensuring quality, addressing challenges, and fostering a productive work environment.
• Crew Management : Directly manage all crews, providing clear direction, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Project Execution : Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate plans into beautiful outdoor spaces seamlessly.
• Problem-solving : Proactively identify and resolve field-related issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Subcontractor Coordination : Manage communication and collaboration with subcontractors for efficient project completion.
• Operational Improvement : Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Technology Adoption : Champion the implementation of ERP systems (e.g., Builder Trend) to streamline scheduling, resource management, and communication.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape operations, with a solid understanding of landscape construction and maintenance techniques.
• Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) : Fluent communication skills in both languages are strongly preferred.
• Passion for the Outdoors : Enthusiasm for working outside and a genuine love of landscaping.
• Problem-solver : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently.
• Technology Adaptability : Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
