A company is looking for an AMS360 Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users, including revising security as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
Experience with ImageRight, Agency Zoom, BenefitPoint, InsurLink, and PL Rater preferred
