Overview
HDR is looking for a Senior Trenchless Construction Consultant to join our national Trenchless Services team. This role reports to the Trenchless Services Engineering Lead, with primary responsibilities supporting design and field services for trenchless engineering, design, and construction applications.

Responsibilities
- Provide construction oversight for trenchless installations.
- Conduct constructability reviews of trenchless engineering efforts.
- Review deliverables for trenchless construction activities and perform site visits during preliminary engineering.
- Conduct route assessments for trenchless aspects of pipeline siting and routing.
- Coordinate staffing and development / review of construction management scopes.
- Support business development for trenchless services through client interface.
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
- Develop and implement procedures for construction contract administration (document control, change management, time, cost, quality, safety) in coordination with the project team.
- Perform value engineering and constructability reviews; prepare construction schedules and progress reports.
- Administer and manage construction activities; monitor design progress related to construction requirements; coordinate bidding, procurement, submittals, change orders, and schedule updates.
- Coordinate project quality assurance and control, and inspection services; ensure subcontractor safety compliance.
- Prepare project schedules, pay requests, and daily / weekly / monthly progress and budget reports.
- Manage project setup and temporary facilities; perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE)Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Experience with estimating software, scheduling software, project management software and web-based collaboration tools for document exchangeRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 10 years in construction planning and management, including contracts; document, time, cost, and quality management; change management; site safety; bidding and procurement; scheduling; and cost controlExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and other project stakeholdersCommitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned cultureEquity and Benefits

The salary range for this position varies by experience and location; the target range for this posting is $135,000 - $165,000.
