who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our

Assisted Living

residents.

Part-Time and PRN

Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Perform welfare checks on residents.

Document and report care provided and resident observations.

Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Certified Caregivers / MedTechs : Will administer prescribed medications to patients and o

rder and complete medication records.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.

Ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Certificates needed and / or must be obtained upon hire :

Certified Caregivers or MedTechs : Must provide proof of valid Arizona caregiver certification.

CPR and First Aid : Current certification required.

Fingerprint Clearance : A valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance card is mandatory.

TB Test : Proof of a current negative TB test must be submitted prior to the start date.
