Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Concessions will lead the team who creates unforgettable experiences at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. As Senior Manager of Concessions, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Concessions department to achieve the best possible guest experience, partner satisfaction and financial results.

• Lead all concessions locations to ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures related to stand readiness, staffing, sanitation, and operational documentation.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with Concessions team to communicate event-specific goals, specials, and company updates.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in real time.
• Ensure excellent guest experience across all concessions locations; resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment through clear communication, recognition, and accountability.
• Assist in addressing team performance issues, corrective action and counseling.
• Develop and lead operations managers, supervisors, and support staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Enforce safety standards and food safety compliance, including proper food handling, cross contamination prevention, equipment usage, cleanliness, and maintaining safe food temperatures.
• Oversee inventory management by managing stock levels; complete production logs, monitor portion control and waste / spoilage / gratis logs.
• Oversee inventory counts daily and monthly; participate in month end inventory procedures.
• Complete post-event reconciliation, polling, tip payments, and daily payroll for employees.
• Assist with accurate labor forecasting and labor efficiency.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members; including department training.
• Ensure compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Core Signatures.
• Enforce Responsible Alcohol Service, Cash Handling Integrity, Safety, and Time Clock compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Supports other Levy locations / properties as needed.
• Reports to Director of Concessions and GM of Concessions.
