Senior Manager Of Concessions
The Senior Manager Of Concessions will lead the team who creates unforgettable experiences at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. As Senior Manager Of Concessions, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Concessions department to achieve the best possible guest experience, partner satisfaction and financial results.
Responsibilities include :
- Leading all concessions locations to ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Supervising opening and closing procedures related to stand readiness, staffing, sanitation, and operational documentation.
- Conducting pre-shift meetings with Concessions team to communicate event-specific goals, specials, and company updates.
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints in real time.
- Ensuring excellent guest experience across all concessions locations; resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly.
- Fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment through clear communication, recognition, and accountability.
- Assisting in addressing team performance issues, corrective action, and counseling.
- Developing and leading operations managers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Enforcing safety standards and food safety compliance, including proper food handling, cross contamination prevention, equipment usage, cleanliness, and maintaining safe food temperatures.
- Overseeing inventory management by managing stock levels; completing production logs, monitoring portion control and waste / spoilage / gratis logs.
- Overseeing inventory counts daily and monthly; participating in month end inventory procedures.
- Completing post-event reconciliation, polling, tip payments, and daily payroll for employees.
- Assisting with accurate labor forecasting and labor efficiency.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members; including department training.
- Ensuring compliance with all Levy policies, procedures, and Core Signatures.
- Enforcing Responsible Alcohol Service, Cash Handling Integrity, Safety, and Time Clock compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Supporting other Levy locations / properties as needed.
- Reporting to Director of Concessions and GM of Concessions.
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in food and beverage and / or sports & entertainment operational role.3+ years of experience in a leadership position preferred.Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.Requires knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS office products.ServSafe Alcohol Certification, ServSafe food handler certification, and / or Title 4 may be required.Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ascend and descend stairs.Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.Some sedentary work including sitting in office at computer for administrative duties.Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.Manual dexterity and coordination to perform tasks such as chopping, cutting, and food preparation.Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.Levy is a member of Compass Group USA.
