Title : Financial Analyst
Location : Bedminster, NJ (Hybrid)
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, intermediate Formulas (VLOOKUP's, Xlookup, Nested Statements, etc.)
- Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand Financial / Accounting Concepts (CapEx / OpEx, Budgets)
- Experience or ability to learn working within ERP systems (SAP)
JOB DUTIES :
The Analyst will be primarily responsible for issuing and managing Purchase Orders for the department as well as providing budget analysis support.
Enter / Issue Purchase Orders in accordance to vendor contract / quotes and validate requisitions are within budget including submitting project funding requests, new item ID requests, etcProvide budget management support to Project ManagersFollow up on outstanding commitments and provide commentary, process goods receiptsResearch and resolve invoicing issues using multiple datasetsUpdate and maintain budget workbooks / templatesPrepare and pull recurring and ad-hoc reports as requestedAssist with month-end close, leadership presentations, etc as requestedProvide assistance on other special projects, as neededEDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields
LOGISTICS : 8 Hour regular shift (i.e.., 9-5PM); with occasional overtime as needed
