Superintendent - Paving & Pavement Maintenance

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for our paving and pavement maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asphalt and / or concrete construction, with proven leadership skills, an unwavering focus on safety and quality, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for paving and pavement maintenance projects.
• Lead and manage crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, local, and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Solve job site challenges efficiently while maintaining schedule and cost objectives.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, timesheets, and logs.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors.
