We already have highly successful advertising campaigns running, and we’re looking for a leader to take ownership of our digital marketing at scale.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to manage and scale our advertising campaigns across Google PPC, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and YouTube Ads for all of our franchisees.

This is not a freelance gig — we want someone full-time who is committed to growing with our company long-term. You’ll start by taking over our current successful campaigns, and as we expand nationwide, you’ll be responsible for optimizing performance, managing ad spend across multiple territories, and eventually leading a team under you.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize existing PPC, Meta, and YouTube ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

Strategize, build, and launch new campaigns for both corporate and franchisee locations.

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across multiple accounts.

Collaborate with our leadership team to align advertising strategy with overall brand goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ad platform changes, trends, and compliance requirements.

Develop SOPs and processes to prepare for scaling advertising to 100+ franchise territories.

Recruit, train, and manage a small team as our ad operations grow.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success managing PPC, Meta, and YouTube ad campaigns with significant budgets.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, lead generation funnels, and CRM integrations.

Experience managing advertising for multi-location businesses or franchises is a plus.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and make quick adjustments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with leadership and franchisees.

Leadership potential — comfortable growing into a management role over time.

Must be a self-starter with a long-term vision of staying and growing with Property Sellwise.
