Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working Rental Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will rent out vehicles to visitors making their trip memorable in Hawaii. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. The Sales Agent must be capable of work that meets our companys high standards and the standards of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-rental
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions
• Assiting customers with various questions about the features of the vehicle
• Relocate vehicles to various locations within the company
• Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries regarding the car that will best fit their trip

Qualifications

• Previous experience with customer service is preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing
• Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
