As a Licensed Clinician - Mental Health Therapist, you'll earn a competitive salary of $80,000 - $85,000 per year , plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 2 years! Our client also prioritizes the well-being of their employees, which can be shown with the following benefits and perks :

Having the ability to provide orientation, training, and mentoring to new clinical therapists while ensuring that objectives are completed within established timeframes is highly preferred!
THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE :
As a Licensed Clinician - Mental Health Therapist, you will supervise a team of therapists, providing clinical direction and consultation.
You’ll lead huddles and clinical training sessions, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to deliver high-quality care.
New therapists will look to you for orientation and mentoring, relying on your expertise to navigate their initial period with confidence and competence.
In your clinical role, you’ll conduct thorough mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) assessments, coordinate care, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Using evidence-based approaches, you’ll provide individual and group psychotherapy, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
You’ll also utilize tools like drug testing to support treatment efficacy and provide targeted case management services as necessary.
