Responsibilities

Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions

Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging & performance optimization

Ensure compliance with security, governance & best practices

Mentor and guide Salesforce engineers to foster a culture of learning and innovation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value business solutions

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce tools, clouds & ecosystem advancements

Qualifications

Bachelor's in CS / IT or related field

5+ years in Salesforce development (2+ years in a leadership role)

Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, REST / SOAP APIs

Experience with Salesforce integrations, managed packages & data migration

Hands-on with SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI / CD

Agile / Scrum experience & excellent communication skills

Salesforce certifications required : Salesforce Platform Developer I

UI / UX experience with Experience Cloud
