The responsibilities of this position include :
- Must be experienced with reconciling bank / credit card statements
- Must have experience in utilizing a P.O. system
- Must understand job costing and / or have the aptitude to learn it.
- Must be willing to learn other computer systems related to insurance restoration.
- Excel Skills is a must
- Experience in B&O and sales and use tax Prep
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Must be a team player and willing to learn
- Must be detailed oriented
