Solution Engineer

A company is looking for a Client Solution Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Advise new prospects on product solutions from a technical perspective and design tailored solutions

Coordinate technical project timelines and tasks with internal and customer teams to ensure successful implementation

Lead technical implementation projects for new customers, managing the full implementation cycle from kickoff to go live

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field

3+ years of hands-on implementation and solution experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role

2+ years of experience in the payments industry with knowledge of various payment solutions

Proven ability to read and understand web applications and web integration technologies

Familiarity with ticketing systems and understanding of Python and SQL
