Compensation Range : $77100-$100000

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.

Job Purpose

This full-time position will accelerate the Motive Power Information Solutions team in building and delivering reports and dashboards critical to the customers battery solutions.

The position requires technical depth across a variety of data and technologies to ensure user access and permissions are maintained, data pipelines are feeding reports accurately and consistently and that end users understand the information provided by reporting offerings.

This role will also be critical in future improvements of reporting by identifying enhancement ideas and working with Engineering, Product Management and IT to develop future solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop Reports, dashboards and data visualizations to analyze and enable quick interpretation of data
• Analyze data and communicate recommended actions for customers
• Assist with data projects working across product management, IT and engineering
• Ensure permissions and data access is maintained in concert with IT
• Provide end user support to technical issues
• Work on technical solutions for meeting business outcomes and goals
• Write code to transform data into actionable information for reports, dashboards and KPIs
• Monitor reporting automation is working as expected and troubleshoot when needed
• Develop data quality metrics, build systems and processes to govern metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Technology or related
• 5 years' experience with data engineering or business intelligence
• Microsoft Azure Experience
• Microsoft PowerBI Experience
• Ability to utilize coding languages such as Python or SQL
• Demonstrated ability to communicate data and visualizations to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
