Commission or Bonus Structure : based on team performance but driven by individual results
Responsibilities :
- Managing customer accounts and orders from A-Z, fulfilling their service requests, and handling the administrative and logistical components needed to get their freight shipped safely and on time.
- Build strong relationships with prospective shipper partners and close new business ensuring our customer promise of exceptional service.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients as their primary point of contact, anticipating needs, answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding, recognizing, and consulting customers on how our services can transform their business.
- Engage new prospects through various techniques, from our customer relationship management system.
- Participate in contract and price negotiation with customers.
Qualifications :
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e., phone, video, email).
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Teams, GSuite, etc.) and the ability to learn and navigate industry-based software.
- The ability to cope with pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven experience at working well independently and collaboratively with a team.
