Key Responsibilities
Work with Sales and Customer Success to maximize revenue retention
Manage relationships with channel partners and end users to close renewal opportunities
Complete renewal lifecycle management including administrative tasks and achieving quarterly renewal targets
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of systems and process selling
Experience in managing and closing large volumes of opportunities
Ability to analyze customer renewal data and develop retention strategies
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Experience in negotiating agreements and managing order creation
