Description :

The rehabilitation unit consists of 35 inpatient rehab facility beds.

Additional staff support includes 139 total staff members, with 32 occupational therapists across all departments.

The day shift operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with occupational therapy staff present at 25 percent each day.

Patient ratios include 22 RVUs of therapy units expected per day in both acute care and rehabilitation settings.

Standard therapy equipment is available for both evaluations and treatments.

Electronic medical records are maintained through Meditech for documentation purposes.

Typical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations in the hospital and providing treatments while patients are still admitted.

Each patient is expected to receive 90 minutes of evaluations and treatments daily during their stay.

Ideal candidates will possess a kind and caring demeanor.

All nurses are expected to function in hospital settings and inpatient rehabilitation environments.

Dress code is navy blue scrubs.

Standard policies regarding infection control and productivity are in place, with a productivity expectation of 68.75% per day.

Weekend work is required once a month, but on-call duties are not regularly utilized.
