Health Center serving 36 communities in North Central Massachusetts\nis searching for a full time Family Medicine Physician in the greater Gardner,\nMA area. We are a multi-site, non-profit health care center offering urgent\ncare, primary family medical and pediatric care, preventative and

restorative\ndental

care, oral surgery, behavioral health services for children and adults,\nand substance use disorder treatment, and specialty services

including\noptometry

eye care, optical shop, acupuncture, nutrition consultations and\npodiatry.

Compensation : $180,000 - $210,000 based on\nexperience

Requirements :

• Medical\nDegree (MD or DO)

Board\ncertification / eligibility

in Family Medicine

• Current\nlicensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine
• ACLS\nor CPR / AED certified.
• Current\nDEA, DEA-X and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for

prescriptive\nauthority

• Eligible\nfor unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at facilities utilized\nby the health center.
• Effective\nverbal and written communication skills
