Title : Product Manager - Promotions and Sampling

Responsibilities :
Shape the vision for Sephora's promotions and sampling experiences, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey with Free Samples, Loyalty Rewards, and Free Gifts with Purchase.
Establish clear customer experience and business goals for innovative features and enhancements.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to assess, prioritize, and create impactful features and tools that elevate our customer lifecycle, particularly in online fulfillment related to samples.
Collect insights from internal teams and external stakeholders to build a practical and measurable roadmap.
Oversee products from inception to launch : analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes, develop comprehensive feature requirements, design implementation strategies, and manage launch communications.
Act as a product champion, effectively communicating the benefits to the organization and presenting compelling product narratives through persuasive presentations and prototypes.
Guide cross-functional teams—engineers, designers, and business leaders—through the product launch process, expertly navigating challenges to ensure successful delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience :
3+ years of Product Management experience in e-commerce or retail with a proven history of launching successful digital products across various platforms.
A passion for research and a drive to uncover answers through analysis and user testing.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, including managing Sprints and utilizing Jira for tracking tasks and issues.
Strong technical knowledge of core internet technologies, PaaS, APIs, and web services.
A solid record of developing and launching customer-facing features and support technologies.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to executives and large audiences.
A background in software development processes and tools is advantageous.
Proven success in collaborating with technical, design, and business teams to facilitate effective product development.
Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
An assertive communication style that fosters inspiration and motivation across teams. Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player.
BA / BS required; MBA and retail experience are a plus.
