Registered Nurse - Case Management

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Management (RN)
Location: Olathe, KS 66061
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: Evenings (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM), Monday to Friday, every 4th weekend rotation

Position Summary:
The Access Case Manager (CM) will work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve clinical and financial outcomes while enhancing patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing patient care plans, ensuring appropriate medical necessity, and acting as a liaison for continuity of care. The role also involves communication with payers and coordinating services for efficient patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital case management experience
• Utilization review experience (InterQual, Milliman)
• KS RN license
• Cerner EMR experience.
