Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their growing Financial Services Practice Group . This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and financial services matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business transactions, within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities , and general corporate / business transactions
• Meaningful experience representing clients in M&A , securities offerings , and public company disclosures
• Experience advising clients on compliance and general corporate matters
• Experience working with banking and financial services clients preferred , but not required
• Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, business-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven practice
