Postiton Overview :

As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rehabilitation department within our long-term care facility. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs to enhance the well-being and functional independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and supervision to a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on the needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development of rehab staff.
