What You'll Do :
We're looking for a detail-driven and client-focused IT Stabilization Engineer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in improving the health, stability, and security of our clients' IT environments through Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) , infrastructure discovery, documentation updates, and configuration reviews.
You'll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify risks, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure environments are properly documented and maintained. As a senior technical resource within the Stabilization team, you'll also support field technicians, serve as an escalation point, and contribute to long-term process improvements.
Job Type : Full-time, On-site (not remote or hybrid)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00 PM
