The Onboarding Intern supports The Children's Welcome Team in completing preboarding responsibilities and welcoming new employees into the organization. This intern will gain hands-on experience in Recruiting and HR processes, communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The Onboarding Intern will :

• Contact Pre-hires to welcome them to the organization and schedule their pre-employment health screening appointment
• Manage Pre-hire communication and provide concierge service to answer any questions or concerns throughout the Pre-hire process
• Prepare onboarding materials and distribute new employee orientation schedules
• Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our new employees

The Children's Summer Intern program allows interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience related to their field of study by working on meaningful projects alongside Children's professionals. Intern responsibilities may include project management, event planning and support, logistics, database management, research, and analysis. Interns may explore career paths and apply for full-time positions upon successful completion of the program.
