Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using OST and QuickBid
• Review plans / specs to create complete, competitive bids
• Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs
• Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and deadlines
• Support PMs in turning bids into active projects
• Join preconstruction meetings and assist with cost planning
• Contribute to value engineering and project phasing
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and subs
• Keep organized records of bids, changes, and awards
• Represent the company professionally in all pre-award stages
