Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

If you’re passionate about helping others live independently, come join our Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) team at Unity House of Troy! We provide supportive housing services that empower individuals living with mental illness to reach their goals and maintain stability in the community.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide housing support services to individuals with mental illness.

Teach independent living skills to promote self-sufficiency.

Connect participants to entitlements, benefits, and community resources.

Advocate for and coordinate wraparound services with other providers.

Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and belonging.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with adults living with mental illness and / or high-risk populations.

Experience working with the homeless population a plus.

College degree in a related field preferred.

Valid New York State Driver License and reliable transportation required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual skills a strong plus!
