REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Tonsillectomy

Adenoidectomy

Myringotomy with vent tube insertion

Cauterization of the septum

Frenulectomy

Foreign body removal

Abscess drainage

Myringoplasty

Laryngoscopy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Illinois license (can apply if not currently held)

Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology

DEA : Active DEA Certification required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS

Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Epic EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinical and surgical care for pediatric ENT patients

Participate in coverage for the CHOI Pediatric ENT Clinic

Support dedicated ENT team by filling in during service gaps or provider PTO

Take night call coverage as needed
