Your future role will involve :
- Conducting interviews and assessments with program participants to identify individual and group needs.
- Facilitating individual and group treatment interventions, in line with regulatory requirements and CoreCivic guidelines.
- Encouraging participant engagement in the treatment process by promoting positive attitudes, coping skills, and recovery strategies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of clinical files and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding participant information.
- Documenting and tracking treatment plans while monitoring and reviewing the progress of participants to ensure successful completion of programs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field required.Experience may be considered in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis.Current Texas Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (TX LCDC) is required.A valid driver's license is mandatory.Must be at least 18 years of age.CoreCivic is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer, including those with disabilities and veterans.
