Substance Use Counselor

As a Substance Use Counselor, you will be responsible for :

• Conducting interviews and comprehensive assessments of program participants, while establishing rapport and determining individual and group needs.
• Facilitating both individual and group treatment sessions in compliance with regulatory standards and partner agency guidelines.
• Engaging participants in the treatment process and utilizing therapeutic tools to promote ongoing recovery.
• Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with regulations.
• Documenting and monitoring treatment plans, inmate progress, and verifying completion of therapeutic programs.
