Overview :

Traditions of America, a leader in 55+ resort-style new home communities, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Design Consultants in Pennsylvania and Virginia. As a Design Consultant, you will assist home buyers throughout the design process of their new homes, from interior and exterior color selections to comprehensive home designs. Your role includes managing custom pricing requests and ensuring timely final selections, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description :

  • Meet with home buyers to assist in making confident decisions on interior options and personal preferences to realize their vision
  • Create accurate requests for custom options, design selections, and supplemental drawings
  • Maintain knowledge of included home features and showroom products
  • Apply a strong understanding of interior design principles, color trends, and space planning

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
  • 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in new home construction
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite desired
