As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at Elemental Risk Management LLC, you will play a vital role in managing client needs and services as well as managing agency process. Working closely with our Producer and Owner, you will support our carriers, policies, procedures, and strategic growth goals. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients.
• Coordinate the servicing of assigned accounts and enter data into insurance company automation systems.
• Provide support to the Producer on pre-renewal processes and handle correspondence and clerical processing of accounts.
• Process certificate of insurance requests and help track cancellation / reinstatement system for commercial accounts.
• Maintain an accurate / organized system on all items requiring a response and prepare invoices, ID cards, certificates of insurance, review policies, and other documents as required.
• Input and maintain data on account management systems and deliver electronic insurance policies.
• Process policy downloads
• Manage renewals of a book of business
