AutoCAD Designer / Warehouse Associate

A small company in South Orange County is searching for an entry-level AutoCAD Designer / Warehouse Associate. The firm is in the warehouse space planning and material handling business. Initial work scope includes AutoCAD space planning and learning the warehouse business. As a small firm, everyone wears many hats (i.e. working in the warehouse pulling and shipping products when needed). Candidate will learn all aspects of the business and help participate in the success of the organization. Employment will eventually lead to working directly with clients to implement their needs in the warehouse planning process. Candidates will prepare install information for the install crews. With experience, and training, candidates will be able to control all aspects of a project including communicating directly with customers, AutoCAD drawing to plan the space, Bill of Material development, purchasing and interfacing with suppliers, and communicating directly with install crews. The compensation is $24 to $26 / hour, based on experience. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Knowledge and familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel.
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows.
• Able to lift 30-lbs.
• Be familiar with how to use general hand tools and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up To) : $23.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
