MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. At least seven (7) years of progressive experience in HR, training, or employee development, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Training and Compliance Division Director is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee training, compliance education, and workforce development programs, to include internship, mentorships, and similar programs, for the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller (COCC). This position ensures that all mandatory and professional training programs meet legal requirements, promote workforce development, and support the COCC's strategic goals. The role manages staff responsible for administering and implementing learning systems, developing, and conducting New Employee Orientation, supervisory training, and policy-based compliance courses, among others.
