Position

Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid) – Griffin Law LLC.

Pay & Compensation

Base salary : $125,000 – $175,000 per year, depending on experience.

Additional compensation : Annual bonus (discretionary). Health insurance stipend. 401(k) with matching after 1 year. Professional development – 100% coverage of CLEs & bar memberships.

Responsibilities

• Draft written discovery requests and responses
• Perform legal research
• Draft motions, legal memoranda, court and client communications
• Appear in court for motions and trials
• Meet with witnesses and clients
• Work closely with the principal attorney on a variety of civil litigation matters
• Collaborate with colleagues to support firm operations as needed
