Salary : $120,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our Boston office.

In this role, you’ll work closely with partners on all aspects of litigation—from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, mediation, and trial.

You’ll have meaningful responsibility early on, direct client contact, and the opportunity to help shape case strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in construction, business, and commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs.
• Manage case files and deadlines with autonomy.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience arguing substantive motions in court.
