Job description

Finance Coordinator (Billing Coordinator)

This position offers a flexible work schedule in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with a growing organization. Under general supervision, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with problem-solving skills to process service provider and client billings along with occasional other departmental duties as necessary. This is a remote position that pays an hourly rate of $20 per hour.

What You'll Do :

  • Process high volume of 3rd party billings per month
  • Validate and audit submitted service provider invoices
  • Properly process detailed rejections of the service provider invoices
  • Assist with multiple clients with various timelines and deadlines
  • Present accurate, timely, and professional bills to various client portals and systems
  • Manage priorities as directed

What You'll Need :

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
