- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter testing.
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes (quotes, policies, billing, claims).
- Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing cycles.
- Ability to design high-quality test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Expertise in API testing using Postman / SoapUI.
- Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire configurations, business rules, integrations, and data models.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all testing activities for Guidewire implementations at UPS.Create test strategies, test plans, execution schedules, and ensure high-quality delivery.Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across Guidewire modules.Drive defect management, including triage, reporting, prioritization, and closure.Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and UAT teams.Ensure complete requirements traceability from user stories to test cases.Support UAT, assist business users during validation, and perform production verification.Provide regular test status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to project stakeholders.Generic Managerial Skills, If anyStrong team leadership skills with the ability to guide junior testers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to coordinate across multiple teams in an Agile environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Experience managing test metrics, reporting, and maintaining documentation.Capability to handle multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.TCS Employee Benefits Summary :
