Reception / Concierge

Top asset management firm is looking for a Temp to Perm Receptionist / Concierge for its Greenwich, CT office . The Receptionist will work on site 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm or 8 : 30am to 5 : 30 pm. Day to day duties will include answering phones, ordering / stocking supplies, setting up conference rooms, setting up video meetings and other general administrative support. The candidate must have a level of flexibility to evolve and make the role his / her own. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of corporate administrative experience, a Bachelor's degree, and will live in the Greenwich area.

Responsibilities : Answering phones

Ordering / stocking supplies

Setting up conference rooms

Setting up meetings

Managing copy room

Other general administrative support

Qualifications :

Must have a Bachelor's degree

At least 1 year of administrative experience

Live in or near Greenwich, CT

Compensation :

60K when perm plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus
