Direct Support Professional
Insight Ind. LP, Inc. is searching for Direct Care staff (DSS) to assist individuals with developmental challenges. The individuals are living in the I.
S.L Independence Supported Living setting. A Direct Support Staff (DSP) would assist with daily activities such as :
- personal care
- working on individual goals
- meal preparation and planning
- medication administration.
- community integration
- accompanying individuals to appointments
- other job tasks as assigned
- community outings
DSPs will drive clients to and from programs, schools, and appointments as needed (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid driver's license / auto insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive background screenings, which include criminal record checks, driving records, and abuse / neglect screening
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- No felony convictions
