Payer Relations Analyst

A company is looking for a Payer Relations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage payer relationships, translating requirements into user stories for development

Serve as a subject matter expert on prior authorizations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of payer connections

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience with healthcare providers, payers, or RCM vendors

Familiarity with Agile Scrum and SAFe development methodologies

Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management related to prior authorizations

Understanding of healthcare EDI transactions, including 278 and 837 series
