Company Overview : Leading manufacturer of convertible tops, headliners, and other automotive interior components, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility.

Position Overview : This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader in automotive, textiles, or upholstery production who’s ready to grow with a stable, expanding organization that values quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 48 production employees to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to maintain consistent output.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
