Position : Permanent Full TimePhysical Therapist Assistant(PTA)
Location : WillowsCalifornia
Pay scale : As perthe Facility
Shift : 40 hours MF Noweekend rotation small SNF
Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional patient care providing assistancewith daily activities and personal care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly assessing requirementsand offering appropriate support.
- Monitor anddocument vital signs food intake and urinary / fecaloutput.
- Communicate with medical professionalsto gather information on patient conditions and treatmentplans.
- Assist patients with medicationreminders staying current with relevant training and adhering tofacility policies.
Requirements :
- State certification as a Physical TherapistAssistant.
- Current CPR certification (AmericanHeart Association).
- Graduation from a PhysicalTherapist Assistant program.
- Valid PhysicalTherapist Assistant license.
- COVIDVaccination / Health Documents / License / Physical
